Sales executive

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Status: Full Time

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Job Details:

  • Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers; Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
  • Traveling to visit potential clients.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Calculating client quotations.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Offering after-sales support services.
  • Administering client accounts.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Meeting regular sales targets
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; Solving client problems
  • Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team

Key Skills:

  • Good technical understanding
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Sales / Negotiation experience at high level.
  • Graduate from higher education. Bachelor/Master degree in business
