More Fragments blog launched

The term More Fragments [mf] comes from a flag bit in the IP header, it signifies that the packet is not the last packet and that there are more fragments to follow in the stream. However, [mf] is an initiative take to constantly analyze and decipher malicious or anomalous network traffic that is generally under the detection radar. Every other day while we monitor our series of public honeypots we come across packet streams that do not belong to the destination network. Our quest is to document these streams and trigger further research on the subject.
