Cyber Saftey Week 2010

The Mumbai Police and NASSCOM along with DSCI are on a mission to raise awareness of the average Internet user and have launched the Cyber Safety Week 2010, which would be held at 24th on 28th May. This is part of an ongoing exercise undertaken by the Mumbai Police & NASSCOM over the past few years. The week includes expert interactions with citizens at various levels, starting from the enterprise to the home user. NetMonastery NSPL (NM) is a stakeholder in the event and has been actively participating Cyber Safety Week events over the years. NM has been supporting this forum with technical management expertise as well as relevant material and services.

NM strongly believes that there is acute need to evangelize and keep raising the knowledge base on this subject. Creating awareness shall definitely enable implementation of necessary measures to prevent potential intrusion attacks; however this has to be backed with continuous innovation in this field to keep potential threats at bay.
