Sanjay Das Gupta
Founder & Director of Operations
Sanjay is a veteran in the testing and research industry.
He brings more than 32 years of experience in management and
organisational governance. His elementary methods of research
has helped build a solid framework for NetMonastery. A
specialist in testing processes Sanjay has ensured the most
critical events of systematic development are well handled.
He has been around and been a part of NetMonastery from its ideating stages.
He has led the team very objectively and has provided the
inspiration to diversify and help think out of the box. Playing
multiple roles successfully he executes the operational core for
NetMonastery. Sanjay is a graduate engineer from Indian
Institute of Technology (IIT), Powai (Bombay), in Metallurgy and
specializes in failure studies and analysis.
Shomiron Das Gupta
Founder & Director of Technology
Shomiron is a founder member of NetMonastery and forms an
integral part of the research initiative in the organisation. He
is a student of digital electronics and has further specialized
in intrusion detection and analysis. He has a gold SANS GCIA
certification and has participated in various research
initiatives in the space.
With years of experience tracing and analyzing network attacks
Shomiron is responsible for inducting the team into focused
research in anomaly systems. He has been instrumental in
designing the various components in the intrusion prevention and
the traffic anomaly engines for the SiteVaxinPro and the
ZoneVaxin series. He has provided the energy and motivation to
build better products and services for the emerging technology
markets.
Manoj Kunkalienkar
Director of Testing & Performance
Manoj has a rich educational background, having
done B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and a M.Tech in Computer
Science from IIT – Bombay. He is a specialist in various
application areas ranging from Finance to Manufacturing and has
been a Consultant to prestigious organizations such as IIT –
Mumbai, MTNL, Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers Limited in the area
of system performance.
After leaving IIT, Manoj worked for Patni for 9 years before
branching on his own. Having nurtured his own company from
single person to one having more than 45 employees before it was
merged with ICICI Infotech Ltd (now 3i Infotech Ltd).
He began his carrier at ICICI Infotech by handling the software
development. He was elevated to the board and his responsibility
included technology services business globally, top and bottom
line responsibility for Indian geography and support services
like quality, PMO etc.
The entrepreneur bug bit him again and has started a consulting
firm which specializes in testing especially in the area of
application system performance. |
